Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Tredaxo website and application (the “Platform”), account creation and orders placed through it in Algeria. They apply alongside Algerian law, in particular Law No. 18-05 of 10 May 2018 on electronic commerce and Law No. 09-03 of 25 February 2009 on consumer protection and fraud prevention.
By using the Platform, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.
2. Role of Tredaxo and sellers
Tredaxo provides a technical tool that lets independent sellers present their products and buyers place orders. Unless stated otherwise, Tredaxo is not the seller: the sale is concluded between the buyer and the shop shown on the product page and the order summary.
The seller sets its prices, confirms the order, prepares and ships the product, and is responsible for the product's conformity and legal warranties. The seller undertakes to provide accurate information about its identity, products and sales terms, and to comply with the law, including holding a duly registered commercial activity. Any fees or commissions applicable to sellers are communicated to them before they apply.
3. Account
You must be of legal age under Algerian law to create an account. You provide accurate and up-to-date information, protect your credentials and report any unauthorized access to support@tredaxo.com without delay. You can sign in with your email or, where offered, with a Google or Facebook account. Some orders can be placed without an account where this option is offered.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings page: Delete my account. Deleting your account does not cancel an order in progress, and some data is kept where the law requires it (see the privacy policy).
4. Prices and orders
Before confirming, you see the price of the products, delivery fees, payment method and the total to pay, in Algerian dinars (DZD), including applicable taxes. Check the summary and your details before confirming.
Submitting your order does not mean the seller has accepted it: the seller confirms it after checking that the product is available. The seller may refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, an obvious price or information error, or suspected fraud; you will be informed and, if you have already paid, refunded. An order containing products from several shops is processed as separate orders, each with its own fees, timeframes and statuses.
5. Payment
The payment methods offered are those displayed at checkout, depending on the shop and the delivery method: cash on delivery, payment at pickup in store, bank transfer (verified by the shop from your proof of payment), or online payment by CIB or Edahabia card through our payment provider. For online payments, Tredaxo neither sees nor stores your card data. Bank transfer details and deadlines are shown before you confirm.
6. Delivery
Delivery is arranged by the seller, through a carrier or store pickup. The method, fees and estimated timeframe are displayed before the order; timeframes are indicative. Provide an accurate address and phone number. Check your parcel on receipt and immediately report any visible problem to the courier and the seller.
7. Returns, warranties and complaints
Cancellation and return conditions are set out by the seller before the order. They cannot reduce your legal rights: product conformity, defects, warranties and refunds.
If there is a problem, contact the seller first, quoting your order number. You can also write to us at support@tredaxo.com: we forward your request to the seller and help you reach a solution. Refunds that are due are made using the payment method you used.
8. Rules of use and content
You agree to use the Platform lawfully: no unlawful or misleading content or content that infringes others' rights, no fraud, no circumvention of security measures, and no interference with the service.
You remain the owner of the content you publish (reviews, photos, descriptions) and authorize us to host and display it to operate the Platform. You warrant that you have the necessary rights. The Tredaxo brand, software and interfaces are protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the Platform accessible and secure, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability (maintenance, technical incidents, force majeure). We may suspend an account for breach of these terms, a security risk or a legal obligation, informing you where possible.
Tredaxo is liable for damage directly caused by a breach attributable to it, within the limits permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your consumer rights. Tredaxo is not responsible for sellers' products, offers or actions beyond its role as a technical intermediary.
10. Changes, governing law and disputes
We may change these terms, in particular if the service or the law changes. You will be informed before significant changes take effect; they do not apply to orders already concluded.
These terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of dispute, we first seek an amicable solution (support@tredaxo.com); failing that, the competent Algerian courts have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the jurisdiction rules that protect them.
