Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy explains which personal data Tredaxo processes, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data. Contact for any question: support@tredaxo.com
1. Data we process
Account: name, email, phone, language, password (stored in protected form) or Google/Facebook account identifier if you use it.
Orders: delivery address and locality, products ordered, payment and delivery method, proof of transfer where applicable, history and complaints.
Sellers: shop information and supporting documents, products, orders received.
Content: reviews, photos and favorites you publish.
Technical data: IP address, sign-in and security logs, session.
Data needed for a feature is flagged when collected; without it, the account, order or delivery may be impossible. If you pay online, your card is entered on our payment provider's page: we do not receive that data.
2. Why we use it
Create and manage your account, and secure sign-in.
Transmit, fulfill and track your orders (seller, payment, delivery).
Send you emails related to your account and orders.
Provide support and handle complaints.
Protect the Platform against fraud and abuse.
Meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations.
We only send marketing communications with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
The seller of your order (name, phone, delivery address, order contents).
Carriers in charge of delivery.
Payment providers and banks for the payments concerned.
Our technical providers: hosting, authentication, email sending and security, who act only on our behalf.
Authorities, where a legal obligation or a valid request requires it.
Some technical providers may be located outside Algeria. Any transfer of data abroad is made in compliance with the conditions set by Algerian law.
4. Retention periods
We keep your data only as long as necessary. Account data is deleted or anonymized after the account is deleted, except for data the law requires us to keep (in particular order and accounting records).
5. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to processing on legitimate grounds, under the conditions provided by law. Write to support@tredaxo.com from your account's email address, or include information allowing us to verify your identity. We respond within the legal time limits. Some data cannot be deleted while a legal retention obligation applies. You may also contact the Algerian personal data protection authority.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings: Delete my account. The account is deactivated and your personal data is deleted or anonymized. Data that must be kept (order in progress, accounting, legal obligation, fraud prevention, defense of rights) is isolated, limited to those uses, and deleted at the end of its retention period.
7. Cookies and security
Tredaxo only uses cookies and local storage needed for operation: sign-in session, language, display preferences and recent searches. We do not use advertising cookies or audience-measurement tools; if we add one, we will tell you and ask for your consent first.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. As no security is absolute, we handle any incident in accordance with the law.
8. Updates
We may change this policy if our practices or the law change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document, and significant changes will be notified to you.
